Wellness for the people who keep everyone else going

Practical, evidence-based wellness talks for schools, workplaces, churches and community groups, from Colleen Ivy at Thrive Well Studio.

Why this matters

When one person runs down, the whole team feels it. A short, practical talk can help your people take better care of their energy, their sleep and their everyday health, so you can look out for each other. We started with a staff lunch & learn at a local school, Well in the Classroom, and we'd love to bring the same kind of talk to your group.

Who it's for

  • Schools: teachers, staff and parent groups

  • Businesses: office teams, healthcare and service staff, small businesses

  • Churches and faith communities: staff, ministries, small groups

  • Community groups: civic clubs, nonprofits, wellness and moms' groups

Format options

30-minute talk (staff meetings, morning huddles): $150

60-minute lunch & learn (a deeper look at one topic, with Q&A): $300 onsite, $250 virtual

Multi-session series of 3-4 sessions (wellness months, ongoing team programs): 15% off per session

Schools, churches & nonprofits (community rate): 25-30% off (lunch & learn about $200-$225)

Every format can be onsite or virtual: onsite within about 30 miles of Peachtree Corners (roughly a 45-minute drive); farther locations by request. Virtual available anywhere. Group size: up to 30–40 people; larger groups by quote.
